Full construction project management

I administer and execute your project in a timely and safe manner. From start to finish, I maintain the standards of quality that have given Roger Rankine’s Construction the solid reputation it has earned in the Cayman Islands area.

Mini excavation and bobcat services

I provide excavation services using a mini excavator and bobcat for trenching, jackhammering, foundation leveling, and debris removal. The machines can operate on delicate surfaces or fit in tight spaces where a standard-sized excavator cannot fit. I can move materials to and from the job site using these machines.

Creative and innovative planning

Construction is a science and an art. Using both techniques, I’m constantly thinking of better ways and introducing innovative methods to accomplish all projects.

Warranty and service work

I proudly and confidently stand behind my work. Once your project is complete, I’m still there for you. I will work with you on the unexpected fix during the first few months of the project is completed.
